Our group practice works with an appointment system. We therefore kindly ask you make an appointment even in an emergency (important in cases of suspected infectious diseases). But of course, it's you who decides when you need an appointment and which doctor you wish to see. When making a short-term appointment, however, your choice of doctor may not be available. In those cases we suggest you opt for an appointment with one of the other doctors.

As soon as you know that you are not able to keep a scheduled appointment, please make sure to cancel it no later than one day in advance. Just give us a call or send us a fax or an email! We apologize for having to privately charge you for the loss of time resulting from scheduled appointments not attended to without cancellation.
